Facility Rental Terms and Rates |

CONDITIONS OF RENTAL 1. DreamWrights offers space for rent when available. Anyone wishing to rent space must be respectful of the mission of DreamWrights:
Fosters and inspires growth, creativity, responsibility, and an appreciation for live theatre in people of all ages and cultures through an educational theatre arts program.
2. A 20% Non-refundable deposit is due as soon as your application is approved. 3. A $100 security deposit is required. This fee will be refunded if no damage to the property is found and no additional cleaning is required. 4. All food must be carry in, carry out. 5. Renter is responsible for all clean-up before leaving the building. 6. The following are STRICTLY PROHIBITED: - Alcoholic Beverages - Smoking - Use of theatre lights and sound systems (A DreamWrights technician is available for hire) - Access to basement, second, and third floors - Use of other theatre equipment unless authorized 7. Renter will comply with occupancy limits for specified space 8. Liability for all damages to the premises will be charged to the renter. 9. Renter assumes responsibility and liability for all persons attending the event and personal property thereof and agrees to hold DreamWrights harmless for any injuries to such persons and personal property. 10. Renter must furnish a Certificate of Insurance. A Special Events Endorsement for one million dollars can be obtained from your insurance company to cover the specific day, location and time of your event. 11. DreamWrights will provide an on-site manager during the event. 12. Renter will adhere to our Building Safety Policy: Entry doors will be unlocked 30 minutes prior to start and end of event and otherwise remain locked. Late arrivals will be buzzed in. |
