Ann Davis
Ann Davis, our Executive Director, has served DreamWrights in many ways. Most recently she served as President of the Board of Directors from January through October 2007. She also served as the Interim Executive Director for the second half of 2006 and the Capital Campaign Coordinator in 2006. She served previous terms on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee as Secretary. Ann also serves as the touring company booking manager. She has experience in show production, direction and acting capacities. A former Educational Consultant with The Learning Community and longtime library volunteer, Ann has served in board officer positions in an investment group and with York County Parks. |

Diane Crews
DreamWrights Artistic Director and Founder, Diane has a BA and MFA in theatre. She was named "Youth Theatre Director of the year" in 1996 by the AATE. She has written numerous plays for our main stage productions and our touring company, as well as a variety of outreach programs. Diane is teaching theatre at Penn State, York and formerly taught at Rutgers and Temple Universities. She served as a Pennsylvania Council on the Arts Artist and traveled around the state working with teachers and students. Also, she served as the Children's Center Director at York Little Theatre for eight years. |

Susan Conway
Our Office Manager, Susan Conway has been at DreamWrights for five years. Her responsibilities also include producer training and managing the box office. Before arriving at DreamWrights she worked for Main Street York and York City's Office of Economic Development. |

Rebecca Eastman
Our Costume Coordinator, Rebecca Eastman has been working at DreamWrights since January 2006. She has overseen the opening and running of our Costume Shop. Rebecca also serves as the costume coordinator for all shows and has costumed too many people to count! Additionally Rebecca teaches a wide variety of sewing classes and Girl Scout Try-Its for DreamWrights. |

Lindsey Wagner Our Director of Education, Lindsey Wagner comes to DreamWrights with experience in Children's theatre gained at the Imagination Stage in the Washington D.C area. She worked as a Development Associate and apprenticed in Theatre Education, Accessibility and Artistic Direction. She is PA Education Certified with a B.S. in Social Science Secondary Education and a B.A. in Theatre Studies from Elizabethtown College. Her experience includes: director of the Childrens' Theatre Tour, coordinator of acting workshops for public school functions, actress and dramaturg. |
