If the class bully were your Science Fair partner, what would you do?

"Today was the worst day of my life! A new girl came to our class. She didn't have even one freckle! Then Ms. Babbitt told us all to get a partner, because there was going to be a Science Fair. While I was thinking about who'd be good, everyone partnered up except Kevin! Kevin Gates is the meanest boy in class!!" Beany told Jingle Bell. This delightful play about Bernice Lorraine Sherwin Hendricks, aka Beany was adapted from the book by Susan Wojciechowski. The story sheds light on some of the many mysteries of science and why one boy became a bully.

An additional treat for your school or group is that two of YOU get to be in the play. That's right! There are two science fair judges needed at the end of the story. They carry clipboards that have their lines written on them, so there's nothing to memorize! Just imagine the delight of your audience when their teacher, principal, pastor, coworker or boss comes onstage!
